Curd started with a simple idea: comfort food should actually take care of you.
After two pregnancies, Monica was looking for something creamy, satisfying, and nourishing — but everything on the shelf felt either overly processed or joyless. So she started making her own pudding at home, using real ingredients and cottage cheese for protein.
What began in her kitchen became Curd: nostalgic pudding made better — creamy, comforting, and designed for real life.
