Curd is for anyone who wants to feel more like themselves again, whether you’re coming out of a demanding season, building something new, training hard, or just trying to eat better without overthinking it. It’s simple, intentional food for real life.
getting started
Curd started after two back-to-back pregnancies left me completely depleted. I had low energy, no time, and no interest in food that didn’t actually do anything for me. I wanted something better to eat: real ingredients, real protein, real satisfaction. Something that could work as breakfast, snack, or dessert without feeling like a compromise.
Just real food
So I made pudding in my kitchen; creamy, satisfying, and made only with ingredients I trusted. No fillers, no gums, no artificial anything. Just real food blended into something I actually looked forward to eating.
